The invisible switch (circle) in the upper corner inside of the “Ultimo´s Food Corner”
opens a hidden door (Under the stairs) after shooting it, the entrance leads to a teleporter.
The Teleporter leads you into…
… the roof of the church.
use the lift to go up to get the Super Health and Invisibility.
To get to the top of the water tower (“X”) use the invisible eleporters (circle).
