Get Jump boots (on top of beam at end of arrow), once in the tower go all the way to the top, run towards
cliffs while using jumpboots, jump on top of the cliffs.
Another way to get onto the plateau (without Jumpboots):
Jump on the small tower (on the top right) using dodge (2x fast forward)
point towards the cliffs and you will be able to get on the plateau.
